Each order is reviewed for stone availability, destination eligibility, payment status and the delivery information supplied by the customer before fulfilment.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delivery options and charges<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Available delivery methods and charges are shown at checkout for the destination entered. A delivery option displayed at checkout applies to that order and destination; availability may vary by country or region.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dispatch and tracking<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once an accepted order is prepared and transferred to the carrier, NEYFI will provide the shipping or tracking information available for that shipment. Because each stone is a one-of-one object, we package and document the individual Stone ID associated with the order before dispatch.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Customs, duties and import charges<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">International orders may be subject to customs procedures, duties, taxes or import charges imposed by the destination. Do not assume that a delivery charge shown at checkout includes those amounts unless this is expressly stated. Customers are responsible for complying with destination import requirements that apply to their order.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delivery issues<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a shipment arrives damaged, appears materially different from the confirmed order, or you receive a different stone, contact <a href=\"mailto:hello@neyfi.com\">hello@neyfi.com<\/a> promptly and include the order reference and clear photographs of the packaging and stone.
