These terms apply to your use of neyfi.com and to orders for one-of-one turquoise stones offered by NEYFI. By using the site, you agree to these terms and to the product-specific information shown on the relevant product page and NEYFI Record.
Product records and descriptions
NEYFI presents each stone as an individual natural object. Product facts, documentary images, measurements, weight, origin statements, treatment statements and availability are provided in the applicable product record to the extent documented. Natural variation and reasonable differences caused by screens and lighting do not change the identity of the stone.
Orders and payment
Submitting an order through checkout is a request to purchase. NEYFI may verify availability, destination eligibility, order details and payment status before accepting or fulfilling an order. If NEYFI cannot accept an order after a payment has been authorised, we will contact you and arrange a refund through the original payment method.
Prices and currency are shown at checkout and on the relevant product page. Availability and stock may change before an order is accepted. Payment details are handled by the payment provider presented at checkout; NEYFI retains the order and transaction references reasonably necessary to provide support and fulfil an accepted order.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
Available delivery options, charges and destination eligibility are shown at checkout. Any applicable customs duties, import charges or taxes are handled according to the destination and the information available at checkout or from the relevant authorities; do not assume that a displayed delivery charge includes them.
You may request cancellation by emailing hello@neyfi.com before dispatch. For return and refund conditions, including damaged or materially misdescribed stones, see the Refund and Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
Site use and intellectual property
You may use the site for lawful personal or business purchasing and research. Site text, records, branding, photographs, graphics and software are owned by or licensed to NEYFI and may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without permission, except where applicable law allows it.
